doesnt matter, they all far from Tokyo city. So choose whichever one is cheapest.

Narita is at North of Tokyo
Haneda is at south of Tokyo (But closer to Osaka), all depends where you want to go.

I have no idea the exchange rate in China.. actually... but even you use credit card is better than most money exchange here... the one with good rate normally doesn't keep Japaneses yen... so not much you could get

Sick for a coupes days . I finally booked the ticket for 1118.00 SYD to shanghai , shanghai to Tokyo ,Osaka to Sydney stopover shanghai , 72 hours  visa free . so I only need single entry visa instead of two. I will work on my schedule and book acomm following weeks. I will aim at Japanese inn (Ryokan).  Will keep you guys update.

I love the one you recommend in Tokyo.  The private hot spring is a wow!  I check the location , look like far away from Tokyo. How is the transport in between? Is it close to Hakone?  I might stay 2 days in Tokyo and 2 days in Hakone for the Mt Fuji, 2 days Kyoto , 1day Osaka . Sounds right? Any schedules for reference ? Thanks !

it is a bit packed. I will suggest you either just go kansai or kanto and spend more time to relax.  
If you wanna go hakone and go near by fuji area, you can buy hakone kawaguchiko pass. it is a 3 days pass included the transport from Shinjuku to hakone then kawaguchiko and back to shinjuku.  
The bullet train between Kansai and Kanto is not cheap... so if you spend like more than AUD$100 for the train one way to "walk horse see flower"... I dont think that will be an enjoyable holiday...

But different people got different type of preference for travel.. I just think that will be too rush.. and end up will be just a trip you have been there... kind of journey...
