application was rejected because we are retired without even asking as to our assets. letter said due to credit record. Have never had a debt! pay off all credit cards in full thus above deduction. We are too good.

terrible service, criteria makes no sense

hate the customer service of this product. first time i applied i was successful, however 2 days later was declined for no reason! then over the next year i applied twice with both times being declined for no reason. I have never borrowed money and have a steady income. they are unable to tell me why i was declined. ive spnt ages on the phone with them, getting no where. they are absolutely hopele ss, and after this experience i will never go with GE money. ever. I have my whole life ahead of me, cars and houses to be bought, but never with this company Now i have this history on my file forever, and there is no reason why i shouldnt be granted a credit card.

By far the worst cc company I have ever dealt with. Interest is off the roof and your minimum payment will get you nowhere. Staff is horrendous and customer service is ruthless. Not a single blood of sympathy to help you regardless of their low limit of hardship access . I regret joining this company for their card (as it was for travel purposes). You have left a bad taste in my mouth for everytime I call. I despise you to death.

After years of reading (generally positive) feedback about the 28Degrees MasterCard, I decided to get one ahead of my next trip to Japan. Online application is somewhat painless and the card arrived around a week later. And then you have to deal with their IVR phone system and painfully robotic staff. Horrible! When I followed up on the whereabouts of the secondary cardholder's card I was informed that "many of our customers have problem with the online system..fastest way is to apply again".

Application declined and they fob me off to someone else for answers through messages coz they don't have email. Now my perfect credit rating has been tarnished by this declined application so I now have to declare it on any future applications. I will be taking this matter further but am no longer interested in their card.

Online application is a joke. Try to call and talk to someone is a bigger joke

The online application seems "stuff".
I kept on getting emails telling me that my application is "waiting for me" (not sure what for as I can't reply to the sent email, of course)
I tried to call but of course I get to "talk" to a machine although the time I called was 8:30PM and the line was supposed to be closed at 9PM (advertised on 28 Degrees website) |
