The vehicle could have been a repairable write off and been repaired and re-registered.
To do a vehicle check on a historic written off register:
Contact the National Personal Property Security Register (PPSR) The PPSR replaces REVS (the Register of Encumbered Vehicles) for customers checking for any outstanding finance on vehicles and vessels prior to purchase.
The PPSR will be available online at www.ppsr.gov.au, or by phoning 1300 007 777, from 30 January 2012.
刚刚去了这个网站，最简单的查询都要交3.7刀才能查。
谁知道如果如rta柜台查询报废+贷款记录的话，是要收费多少呢？ |

贷款有在线免费的，当时查过。报废，代理查的就是rta 说的这家，怎么说是2 刀。 |
