澳洲本地孕妇杂志上说要避免的食物:
What to avoid
1. fish
While two or three serves (150g) of most fish are fine to consume per week, due to their high mercury levels avoid more than one serve in a week of orange roughy (sea perch) and one serve per fortnight of shark (flake) or billfish (marlin, swordfish, broadbill). For more information about these recommendations go to www.foodstandards.gov.au
2. smoking & drugs
3. alcohol
第2和3点就不多说了,后面还有一段关于咖啡和茶的:cut down coffee and tea as caffeine is a diuretic, which eliminates fluids from the body and suppresses the appetite. Check the safety of herbal teas; some, such as pennyroyal tea, may include ingredients harmful to your baby.
最后是单独列出来的danger foods:
1. pate and processed meats
2. unpasteurised soft cheese, blue vein cheese
3. raw or undercooked eggs
4. liver (eating too much liver or taking excess fish liver oil can lead to an overdose of vitamin A)
5. raw seafood, including sushi and sashimi
6. smoked fish
7. pre-prepared salads and fruit (especially from salad bars)
8. raw mushrooms (they are fine when cooked)
Always wash your hands before preparing food, and make sure you wash fruit and vegetables before eating them. Also wash your hands after handling pets, especially cats, as diseases such as toxoplasmosis live in faeces. |
