Surely do! The size of the business is really important. The business is getting bigger, there would be more people been involved.
Hence internal control & improvement will be always the thing.
Big organization would even standerise the folder & file name since people sharing the information
Communication & interpersonal skill is also another thing to be mentioned.
Every one has an idea, the final one won't be the best one, be compromised.
& manage staff is another skill as well.

There are lots difference between firm & commercial
Well never been firm before, but deal with auditer a lot (mostly deloitte), my feeling is they are only follow the testing role without trying to know the business ( just simply read the audit report from previous year, will be really helpful) most of the time they will ask stupid questions in stead of find our real issues.
Any way, people make choice.
