请教工资问题～～

恩，我觉的你现在的Role更像business service. Firm tax team里的人做tax effective accounting, R &D, transfer princing, TOFA, 还有其他零碎 consultancy,一般Tax return， business service的人就解决了，他们也不做FINANCIALS。

跳commercial不会重新做起，一般经验合适，qualified senior跳过去就是FA。但是也有经验差点儿的intermediate跳到listed company做assistant accountant.

走BA的，一开始比FA pay的多点儿，而且一般都是大公司才有BA。但是我个人不觉的更容易，做business service的，很多客户不要求做bench marking或者ratio analysis的，所有要看你自己的case.

而且我很同意楼上那位同学的看法，stay focused. 自己按照自己的背景，爱好设计一条最适合自己发展的路，不要改动的太频繁，浪费自己攒的经验。

至于firm size和client turnover. Firm name可能只能impress agent. 除非commercial雇你的人自己也是firm出身，要不然可能只知道四大，pkf什么的都是浮云。client industry和turnover就更重要，indicate你有没有某些方面的经验。

我在FIRM七年了，现在老板对我不错，TEAM也给力，HAPPY。

但是LG想回国，我也得考虑换COMMERCIAL了。当初没想到LG可能回国啊。

Surely do! The size of the business is really important. The business is getting bigger, there would be more people been involved.
Hence internal control & improvement will be always the thing.
Big organization would even standerise the folder & file name since people sharing the information
Communication & interpersonal skill is also another thing to be mentioned.
Every one has an idea, the final one won't be the best one, be compromised.
& manage staff is another skill as well.

There are lots difference between firm & commercial
Well never been firm before, but deal with auditer a lot (mostly deloitte), my feeling is they are only follow the testing role without trying to know the business ( just simply read the audit report from previous year, will be really helpful) most of the time they will ask stupid questions in stead of find our real issues.
Any way, people make choice.

如果想去CORPORATE做，要趁早，因为感觉根FIRM还是很多差别的，FIRM的东西不够深入，经常忽悠四大的审计哈
