因为你以前用的是telstra的电话,现在用的是tpg的电话
这个问题请去怪telstra,电话线都是他家的,TPG的在一点上有点无辜。
我家用的是internode。
开通前收到过一封邮件和一条短信来通知具体开通时间(当然email里讲的比较详细)
在email里它提到:
lanned cut-over date: 16-05-2011, between 8 am and 1 pm
Please note: due to high demand, the planned cut-over date may be changed by our carrier. If this happens you will receive another notification from us, advising you of the updated cut-over date.
Please make sure that someone is available at your premises on 16-05-2011, between 8 am and 1 pm.
You'll need to provide access to your premises for the technician.
特别注意下面这条:
If you live in an apartment, the installation technician may need to access the building's Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to perform cabling work.
The MDF is often located in a locked communications room. Please contact your building management as soon as possible to ensure the room can be accessed on 16-05-2011, between 8 am and 1 pm, and that the technician will be able to access the MDF.
Please also be aware: once the technician has completed their work, you will need to organise a licensed cabler to complete the cabling from the MDF to your unit or apartment. This additional work is at your cost. You may wish to contact your building management as they may be able to recommend a preferred licensed cabler that they have used in the past.
请注意,哪怕他只是在MDF里面插拔了一个插头,这也是要收100刀的。。。。。。。。。。
