其实，就算把签证费+服务费， 也还是要比中国人申请澳洲的签证费便宜不少， 要骂也是先骂澳洲政府抢钱。  
而且中国签证的速度比澳洲的快多了。中国人申请澳洲签证能当天拿吗？

Hopefully someone can explain for below concerns:
1. It is compulsory? Should it go through fair trading for this commission been charged?
2. Doubted should this type of service be outsourced to an agent? Never heard about it among other countries. To me this is quite serious service provided by embassy and should definitely not be done by someone else whoever they are.
3. For those secondment to in Australia isn’t it part of the jobs they supposed to do here in Australia? Why need an agent to run this on behalf? It they have to, commission extra fees should be paid by Embassy not us.
4. Who is the actual agent running the business? What is the personality of this organization?
