If owners approve the remedial funding on the assumption that it covers all required works, but later discover that additional funds are needed for internal repairs, this could create a high risk of misunderstanding, loss of trust, and financial disputes.
Therefore, it is our duty as a Committee to ensure transparency and fully inform owners before seeking their financial preferences. Owners must be able to make a fully informed decision.
MMM, we need your professional action here. Could you please draft a clear and transparent introduction for the survey so that owners clearly understand this?

We can definitely outline finance options of either special levy or strata loan however as a strata manager we are not financial advisers therefore owners will need to seek advice from their bank or accountant. |
