也许我想的有点多,但是保不齐这个租客真的是个善用法律来搅混水的混蛋的话,早点做好准备比到时候措手不及来的靠谱。
一句话,驱逐要有合法理由,不是说你是房东,你想收回来,人家第二天就必须要搬走的。要有打持久战的准备,如果租客真的要闹到上庭解决的话,那么一两个月都算短的,不过这个租客如果有一直交租金就还好,如果没有交或迟交,可以让中介给他们发FORM,并且留好底,这些都是可以用作上庭的证据,向法官证明这个租客不守约。 |
