Thank you for contacting Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) in relation to the complaint you have raised and for your time on the phone today.
As discussed, we require some further information to access your complaint. In order for us to progress with this complaint, it is necessary that you provide us with;
1. A copy of all correspondence between you and the business about the dispute
(i.e. emails/SMS/letters of complaint to the trader seeking remedy).
2. A copy of proof of payment, invoices or contracts regarding your payment, terms, conditions and agreement with the business.
3. A copy of any further documentation that would assist CAV with your dispute.
Please provide these documents at your earliest convenience in order that the dispute can be assessed further.
Please email your documents by replying to this email and ensure that the documents are contained to one email and in the required file types i.e. word, pdf & jpeg.
Once we receive the information, we will advise you of the appropriate action to be taken.
