同意。都是讨价还价。
这个bill通过了也需要digital platforms和各个媒体分别谈判。
现在fb的行为就是迫使,即使bill通过,他们也不需要谈判因为根本就不转新闻了。当然,长期下去也伤害fb自己因为渐渐的fb在澳洲的浏览量会下降,然后他们的广告费会不得不降价。

当然,fb、google都不傻,到最后法案通过他们也只能接受(但短期会给澳洲用户各种colour see see:))。做生意不会跟钱过不去。

facebook就有点无所谓了,这块对它本来就没那么重要,万一澳洲开了个头,全世界国家都找它要钱,它就受不了

我觉得Bill 通过很难啊, 毕竟是这届政府的事情;现在得罪的全是掌握选票的小生意。 FB 挺有用的。很多自媒体,小生意都在上面发布直播,兼具一点 Youtube 的功能的。

市场决定。非死不可的账户都是新闻和商户主动去开的,利用非死不可发财或聚人气,然后再去找人家收费,有点无赖嘴脸。孤狗是自己主动找到人家网站,明显不同。

我觉得新闻对脸书完全不重要,他就算完全屏蔽新闻也不会影响他的用户群。

或许用微信做例子更好理解,假设微信完全没有新闻内容,大家照样上微信。

Google的付费和code里面的是两码事情吧?就像Google也在欧洲付费,但欧洲还想引进澳洲的code。之前Google的至顶YouTube就说他们自己有一个付费方法,估计是类似现在在欧洲执行的。
