The more you use it, the quicker you learn. Youtube is a good example of creating English environment for yourself. There is no shortcut in language learning. I don't believe talent plays a big role either. Some people say female has language talent. And I think female learners practice more, not shy to ask and to make mistakes.
Ask ourselves the following:
Do I get news from Chinese or English source? How about the songs I listen to, the movies I watch and language setting on my computer, mobile phone and wechat? What is the % of my daily communication in English or Chinese?
If we have the 80% in English and 20% in Chinese, our English will improve in no time. |
