今年5月8号在联想下单订了三台电脑，3周后没有动静，也track不到，反复联系Lenovo，电话在售前售后reception之间推来推去，最后终于找到一个manager，查出结果说是没货。。。。我在网上下单的时候可没说缺货阿。
只好取消订单，重下订单。
后来国内同事也告诉我千万别订联想。

我就是想支持一下国货，怎么就这么难。

6月1号下单在Lenovo eBay店订了这个，上面写的预计送货时间就是大约14号左右，希望一切顺利

I just found the shipment date is moved to July 8 and arrived date moved to July 14.

Your website says: "Ships in 6 business days". Please see the screen attached.

Can I understand what's happening?

I can see that the payment team only released authorisation for this order on the 28th , from this it then takes 6 working days to be built and shipped, and a further 5-7 working days for the product to be delivered to you.

再撕
The payment was made on June 26 and you confirmed the order on the same day. Why was the authorization granted 2 days later. Why should I bear this delay caused by your internal process? Or should you change the statement on your website to be "Ships in 6 business days AFTER internal authorisation is granted even we have confirmed your order"?

I'm not to sure, that was the reason given to me from our production team. Payment can be confirmed, however it can take a few days for the release of the authorisation to be dropped down to the plant in China.

人都说dont know了我就停了 后来东西也到了。
邮件回的还是挺快的。是收到后大概一个月才扣款的。
流程和物流是不能跟别的电商比。
