Due to the current financial crisis and IB is downsizing now, I think it might be good to change a bit in my career path at this stage besides I am always interested in retail banking. There are so much more for me to learn, such as ~~~
Also this job is more convenient and close to my home.

Tips is :

1.)Being made redundant is a world away from getting sacked.

2.)Make sure you explain the circumstances behind the redundancy

3.)Such as the company was downsizing, moving in a different direction or relocating to another state

4.)so it is clear that the decision was in no way based on your ability or attitude.

5.)Show you are enthusiastic about the career opportunities you are now presented with and are ready for new challenges.

I've just been approached by Obama to head up his Economics Advisory team, but considering my preference here is in Australia, I would be happy to take up any senior executive role in RBA if you have anything available :)
