你可以继续吧第一套作为你的自住, 第二套作为投资房。
If you own both properties:
you can choose to treat as your main residence after you no longer live in it or
the dwelling you actually lived in during that period as your main residence.
If you make this choice, you cannot treat any other dwelling as your main residence for that period.
If you do not use it to produce income (for example, you leave it vacant, or use it as a holiday home) you can treat the dwelling as your main residence for an unlimited period after you cease living in it.
那如果第二套是投资房,你的贷款利息就可以抵税,房子本身也可以贬值达到负扣税目的。 |
