其实就是具备会计行业背景，同时又有会计相关系统的IT知识，比如存储会计数据的数据库，会sql；不仅可以读会计报告，而且可以改 SSRS Crystal Report, etc.；不仅会用ERP的 finance & accounting 模块儿，同时可以cutomize，会用scripting。
可以去seek搜一下‘system accountant'，最直截了当。每个职位会各有侧重，我随便搜了一个，这里给你贴一个例子

Our client is a market leader in their field, providing landscape, horticultural and environmental maintenance services throughout the Australian open space for various clients including construction, local and state government bodies, resorts and corporate organisations. The head office now requires a Systems Accountant experienced in project management to engage with the national business.
Your responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of their ERP system including upgrades, customisation scoping and testing. You will manage the processes of internal training and development as well as liaising with external information technology providers, vendor management, forecasting and budgeting hardware needs, software and hardware auditing and mobile device management. In addition, you will compile manuals and procedures and undertake project work including intranet and web portal development and maintenance.
Your position within the team is critical along with your confident, proactive approach and willingness to provide team support whether it be IT troubleshooting, staff training or supporting your colleagues with accounts payable/receivable and payroll. Prior knowledge using PRONTO, COGNOS and strong MS Excel skills would be beneficial to your success in this role. Proven success in end to end project management is essential. Some interstate travel will also be required to train both field and corporate services staff on software updates and new mobile device roll-outs.
