3. Ask HR to arrange for Psychology consultantation. Every HR has it.
4. Meanwhile, go to GP at weekend, or night time, complaint stress, can not sleep, ask for medication, and buy the medication, keep the receipt. Not suggest you really take it.
4. Not write a resign letter, waiting to be redendant.
5. Tell HR your stress, could not work, see GP at working time, go home rest for 1-2 days, company will pay you
6. Every time your team leader give you hard time, same step: complain to HR, say you have headache, back pain, stress, cannot sleep, cannot work, want to rest, then privately see GP again, ask for sick certificate, medicine, buy the medicine. Keep receipts,
7. Record what they say, in diary, not the actual vioce record. Also write down what time you see HR, what HR said,. Format are, time, where, who, what they say, what you say, who are the witnesses, what you feel of their words or actions.
These records are your money tickets. If you have over two solid records, you can ask lawyer for a case.
As said, stress leave could be a few months, once you have record of one stress leave, even one day , or a few hours, you have recorded for future compensation at fair work or a case. |
