Mr Sexton said opportunities were opening up for local produce to replace European imports.

"I think there's no reason why we need to be importing cheese from France, we don't import much wine from France," he said.

"We can make more cheeses here and better in texture and flavour than what they do in France."

The company has already begun producing specialty cheese for Thailand.

"They asked us to produce some cheeses which have curry flavourings and fruit flavourings specific to that region and we've done that," Mr Sexton said.

"They've been very successful in consumer tests and we'll be doing more of that."

The company also hopes those specialty cheese could also go on sale in Australia.

"BFC is leveraged to growth in demand for protein from Asia through its marketing and distribution platform and a portfolio of investments leveraged to dairy, seafood, meat and functional foods. As a start-up the largest near-term risk is the pace at which BFC can achieve its stated goals in capturing a greater share of the margin in distribution. As income levels rise consumption of products such as meat, dairy and fish demonstrate some of the highest levels growth. The initial investment portfolio of BFC is expected to carry a reasonably high level of exposure (70-75 per cent) to these markets."

这个公司上年财报，Sales Revenue 是 0， 净亏损110万，作为一个总资产2000万的公司，这TM风险太大了。

这位兄台似乎没有看最近的presentation, 今年九至十一月三个月的sales revenue 接近六百万，税后纯利已经达到一百三十多万。
全年计划销售鲜奶2千5百万升，这3个月实际已售出2千6百万升（3个月已超全年销售目标，主要出口中国市场）

还有其它的...

那个presentation我也看了，有趣的是，这个ppt居然不是market sensitive的，这是asx在讽刺它吗？

很多presentation，应该说是绝大部分，都不是price sensitive的。

这个数据我看到了，他们说预期今年利润500万。

对这个公司谨慎乐观。我让家人去大连青泥洼桥大商的专柜看了，说基本无人问津。同样是澳牛，大商的价格是沃尔玛和麦海龙的2倍，没人买。
大商这些年在大连的经营，是江河日下，我主要是对大商集团没什么信心。
大商的主要竞争对手，麦海龙和沃尔玛都跟澳洲大的牛肉商合作，出货量大，价格便宜，目前优势明显。

澳洲Beston招股造势 密集收购食品资产

澳大利亚Beston全球食品公司正全力筹备澳交所上市，于近期相继收购澳最大龙虾公司 Ferguson Australia、生物活性牛奶酸奶制造商Paris Creek大量股份，拟将构建“闭环”式全链条出口供应模式，提前树立高增长、高收益的食品股形象，为大规模招股造势。

ACB News《澳华财经在线》报道，Beston公司(Beston Global Food Company)最近动作频频，据称先后入股龙虾出口商Ferguson、乳制品公司B.-d. Farm Paris Creek股权，以乳制品、海鲜、保健品、肉制品和禽肉为四大支柱的优质食品出口业务布局正在形成当中。

Beston公司并未向外透露在Ferguson和Paris Creek的持股份额，但称已是大股东。在IPO进展方面，据澳相关媒体，Beston公司董事会主席的罗杰·塞克斯顿(Roger Sexton)近日透露，公司将在今年三季度初上市，已确定Bell Potter担任IPO首席券商。他表示，招股的规模还不确定，这将取决于近期并购活动投资情况，可能在1-1.2亿澳元之间。该公司新任总裁Sean Ebert曾担任采矿工程巨头Worley Parsons并购部主管。

　　塞克斯顿表示，Beston将是高增长、高收益型股票，上市公司将会分红付息。

　　ACB News《澳华财经在线》此前报道，Beston公司于2014年底转型为非上市公众企业，从今年2月初市场传出其拟上市的消息。公司董事会阵容可观，据澳洲证券投资委员会文件，曾担任油气巨头Santos及农业综合企业艾狄士(Elders)董事局主席的斯蒂芬·格拉赫(Stephen Gerlach)是Beston公司董事成员，新近还吸引到了谷物巨头Graincorp董事会主席Don Taylor的加入。

　　塞克斯顿本身也是食品产业资深投资人。他早年收购了大量葡萄园资产，组建的Beston 酒业信托成功上市，后为Challenger Ltd收购，又辗转纳入亚洲富豪李嘉诚业务版图之中。

　　Beston全球食品公司创建于2012年，据称拥有一系列澳洲原产优质食品饮料品牌，已确立进军中国及其它亚洲市场的运营目标，年运营收入高达1亿澳元。该公司正在打造“闭环(closed loop)”式业务模式，除拥有自己的农场及海鲜供应和相关加工设施，还通过持股品牌食品业务，进行终端产品的销售和营销。

　　海外市场，尤其是亚洲、中东地区是Beston主要目标。该公司已在越南、中国、泰国和文莱设四个办事处，主要经营产品类别包括乳制品、海鲜、保健品，肉制品和禽肉。Beston董事会主席塞克斯顿表示，公司主推“来自澳大利亚、洁净、绿色”的理念。将在全部产品上应用专门电子塑封技术，保证消费者可沿整条供应链进行产品信息跟踪。

　　亚洲地区形成中的“餐饮热潮”正刺激澳洲食品出口。澳大利亚食品饮料出口长期以来超过进口，澳大利亚食品杂货协会(AFGC)报告揭示，上财年澳大利亚食品、饮料、杂货和鲜食食品行业国内市场及出口收入呈现强劲增长，对亚贸易更为活跃，其中澳大利亚对中国肉类出口拉升了6成以上，尤为引人注意。

　　Ferguson是澳大利亚最大活龙虾出口商，出口业务占到总体的90%。该公司主要在袋鼠岛海域捕虾，在西阿德莱德拥有加工厂(详见《澳洲龙虾敲开中国高端食品市场大门》).Paris Creek位于阿德莱德山地区，是一家生产高端优质牛奶、酸奶和风味牛奶的乳制品公司，产品供应Woolworths、Coles等各大超市，及悉尼、墨尔本高端社区，在南澳有着稳固的市场地位。

　　亚洲，尤其是中国市场的广阔机遇使得澳洲食品行业发展前景尤其光明，相关企业上市融资的信心增强。今年1月，ACB News《澳华财经在线》曾报道，澳大利亚最大私营蔬果集团Costa可能选择公开上市，启动投资者路演以试探市场对潜在IPO的兴趣(报道链接)。已上市公司所获支持亦令人瞩目，加拿大顶级富豪德马雷家族(the Desmarais)初次投资澳洲农业，目光首先投向有着巨大盈利前景的乳制品行业，近期大举购入澳交所上市乳业公司澳大利亚奶牛场集团(ASX:AHF)股份(报道链接).

　　澳大利亚农业部长乔伊斯(Barnaby Joyce)去年访华时提到，澳大利亚不会成为亚洲粮仓，且难以做到向中国供应其所需的全部食品，“我们能做的——我们将继续做的是，向中国提供高品质、洁净、安全的农产品和食品，许多产品会在中国进行进一步加工，最终目标是高端市场，或反季节产品”。

Moore says companies like Beston Global Food are good examples of how businesses can capitalise on a fast-growing middle class across the Asian region.

"It has every thing that's sexy in ag at the moment, whether it's a2 or dairy, organic... traceability, China, e-commerce – it's got everything in its portfolio,"  Moore adds.

"The [agrifood] sector has significantly outperformed this year. It is a great spot to invest and we don't think it's over. People still need to eat and a lot of these offshore markets are short on food and food security is a big issue for those governments."

Shares in Beston have jumped 27.8 per cent since its $127 million float on the ASX in late August. In the same time the ASX 200 has sagged 2.8 per cent.

The extent of Asia's hunger for premium produce was felt in Australian supermarket aisles last month when popular infant formula brands, such as Bellamy's Organic, a2 Platinum and Karicare, were wiped off the shelves, angering parents.

Much of the essential nutrition for babies who can't access breast milk was onsold on internet platforms to capitalise on China's biggest online sale, Singles Day.

While infant formula producers have been steadily increasing production to combat shortages, which still remain, PAC Partners analyst Paul Jensz says they need to be careful.

Increasing demand for high value-added branded foods, such as infant formula, is adding "a layer of excitement and complexity". But "as to how that is going to go in the next year, it's not that clear, in my humble view".

"The first phase of brand development is very exciting and there is limited supply and it is being pulled in all different directions like infant formula, and then all of a sudden the supply comes on at a greater rate. Once you have got infant formula from 20,000, 30,000 tonnes, and then you have 100,000 tonnes of the stuff, you have got three times as much sitting there.

"It's going to be a little bit tricky to manage it but if demand keeps rocketing up at 10 per cent and all the supply chain is sensible, it could be a warm takeoff."
