我有点点觉得，也许你老板的理由是有点道理的，因为你上面的英文还是有些语法错误的，也许确实是英文的原因才造成你和客户的沟通不畅？
要不，先下苦力拼命学英语会有帮助？

i know my english is getting worse.  During these years, I don't really have to communicate in writing.  I only have to use excel or other accounting program to do my work.  I already apply the skillmax course, it will start in October.  I feel a bit embarrass as I already a Uni graduate but still have to take this course.

I want to practice my oral skill in my spare time, can anyone tell me where i can go for it?

唉，我说这个是因为我有切身之痛。我自己有MASTER DEGREE，但我工作是和这边的中学毕业的鬼佬拿一样的RATE，我接电话还没有她们流利。因为我们的工作需要接大量的电话，最后是经理把我的工作调整到做PAPER WORK为主。
所以我觉得技术上你应该不会有问题，估计还是英语问题。我也就这个练习英语问题发过帖子，我记得好像论坛里DEVIL-STAR参加过一个培训英语的，不过好像有点贵。回头我看看能不能把那个帖子翻出来

对于提高口语，我坚信这么几点：
1. 最好的场所，莫过于你的公司。
2. 最好的对象，莫过于你的同事，甚至你的老板。
3. 最好的方法，莫过于自学。

但也有几个前提条件
1. 公司里面最好不要有太多的华人。
2. 跟同事或者老板聊的时候，最好先想好你要聊些什么。
3. 自学要有能够持续的计划。

针对的方法，我所采用的有：
1. 尽量避免华人多的公司。
2. 提前想好要跟别人说什么。一开始捡自己熟悉的说，习惯了以后再去聊些陌生的话题。我一开始都是聊中国的长城，古文化，以及饮食。一来自己容易上手，二来老外们不懂，你就是专家，你不用担心被挑错。等这些话题谈得差不多了，再开始谈本地的消息，行业内部消息，甚至八卦都可以。
3. 自学方面。我的方法也很简单。大学时候过四六级的基础是靠打游戏比如帝国时代，英雄无敌等积累的。
过来以后口语的提高是跟读电视机新闻练习的。听力的提高是靠看美剧看出来的。最难的还是写作。我的办法是先写出来，然后找一个老外朋友帮你修改，或者找同事帮你看看。小忙他们不会不帮。改几次以后，你自然会形成一个写作的习惯。水平也就自然提高了。
