GI 是升糖的速度。
如果GI低,同时Carb 也低就perfect了!!
好像不是所有rye的面包都行,我买过aldi的light rye,吃两片也不行
喜欢吃面包还是买下面牌子的low gi的吧。当然还是得控制量,狂吃也不行。
