23/12/ 2014 去Paxtons Bondi店买了A7 body,店员说一月上旬能拿到Lens,但是知道今天没有拿到,已经52天了。其中打过四次电话,都说等啊等。发了complaint letter.
Hi Guys, I bought the Sony A7 from Bondi store on 22 Dec 2014. I have not received the Lens yet. I got a call from you guys regarding the Sony Lens 28-70 mm in January that I should be able to pick up the lens in the first two weeks in Feb. A formal complaint has been lodged from Fair Trading early Feb.I would keep updating the comment on OZbargain every day on how Pextons does the business from now on. This is garbage service!

This is an issue with Sony, I have been told the Sony Account Manager spoke with you direct, explaining that Sony Had not forecast sufficient Stock for this Promo. He explained that it is not a Paxtons Issue (we had ordered sufficient for our A7 Stock on Hand but Sony could not supply)
He explained to me he told you 2-3weeks in February, we are only 8 Working days into Feb as of now. I believe Your comments towards Paxtons are not fair in this instance, every effort has been made to obtain this lens for you by us in good faith from Sony. I have forwarded your email to Sony and await their response. My contact number is below if you want to discuss this personally. I have not heard from Fair Trading as this would come through me nor have we been asked by you for a refund which we would happily supply if you can’t wait.
Please advise me if the Sony Account Manager advised you differently. Also for you information our records indicate the purchase date was 23rd December.

Thanks for your reply about the provided information. I thought the call I received was from Paxtons. Apologizes for that.
This is not an issue for Sony from the customer point of view. As a customer I did not need to be aware of the story happening between Paxtons and Sony. I have been promised by your staff that the lens should be available for me to pick up early January 2015 when I bought the package in Bondi Paxtons. I have had the Sony A7 body in hand without lens to use for 51 days, which has disrupted the plan of taking valuable photos for my daughter's kindergarten orientation day. This is unacceptable.
In addition the Sony account manager promised that the lens should be available within the first two weeks in Feb 2015. Does that mean it will be available tomorrow or weekend?

It actually is a Sony problem for both You and Paxtons, as stated our Staff acted on the information coming from Sony, why would we not advise you of this?
We have received the lens for you as promised and it will be in Bondi Junction tomorrow, Bondi Staff member Joseph Raymond will call you to advise of it’s arrival. I believe this falls within the first 2 weeks in Feb.
