这个东西section 109有用吗？看这一句的意思：
If a levy is outstanding before the certificate is given and it is not shown on the certificate, the purchaser is not responsible for the payment.
是如果在申请certificate前就有的而且certificate上没有记录，购买人就无需支付。
这个东西之前还真没有了解过？会不会是以后的什么定时炸弹呀？

I just called Energy Australia  , the best offer EA can give is 15% on Electricity and 12% on gas. Anyone got better offer than this ???

15%,12% from EA requiring 3 years contract and EA has higher rate than any other companies. i signed up electricity contract with Red Energy and gas with AGL.

后来觉得换个ISP试试。后来选了iinet，说是服务还好。

今天Telstra人已经来连好了。他已经熟门熟路了。MDF在车库入口边上。

请问Telstra的人来的时候，要收取费用吗？需要提前联系管理员帮他开MDF吗？

te l s t r a不直接收费。tpg应该有个connection fee的。钥匙的话，今天到楼下的时候门已经开了。可能是还在现场的builder们开的。

THANKS. Unfortunately, we signed a 1 year contract with EA, only 10% discount. Just don't want to pay the termination fee of the previous 2 yrs contract. Definitely will change to another provider when the new contract is due.  
the gas is leaking in my home

Installation will take 2-4 weeks, call TPG for any issue and you should receive email about the progress.

of course.Called builder,they arranged a plumber coming today to fix it up.  Sorry for telling another bad news to all of you. The electronic gate of our underground garage has been broken yesterday.

Today we have rubbish bins in our garbage room on each level .  The  cleaner told me somebody ever dumped his heaps of rubbish on the ground directly. Not in the bins on the ground floor, but on the ground of the empty garbage room! Unbelievable ! Hopefully it will never happen again.

Sorry, I don't have.Good news is the builder is still on site.  3-4 guys are working here and can help you to solve problems. You can find them on the ground floor in the working hours. BTW, my gas leaking has already been fixed up today.
