泄气啊~~~楼上这么多tx都有消息了，我家09年10月的连个风吹草动的都没有。先是发email询问，答复很官方地说只是审到10月初。过了两周，再发，说我的邮件转给supervisor去action了。再过一周，还没消息，于是打电话过去，听了20多分钟的电话广告，终于通了，还确认了我的代理人身份，最后却告诉我不能在电话里给我什么信息，要我发邮件询问。好吧，那我再发吧。好家伙，这回理都不理我了。  我们怎么还没有消息啊~~~

因为我们的AOS 的面试安排得有点晚，所以要求移民官给延期。今天打了电话给他，态度很好，并且发邮件确认了，又给延了28天。没想到邮件上的电话真的是他本人的direct line.我以为是receiption的号码。

我爸2010年6月1日申请的父母移民，我现在想加我妈进去，刚给移民局发了信 他的回复如下：
Many thanks for your enquiry. Yes, it is possible to add a non migratingspouse or child dependent to a current parent visa application, providedthat the visa application has not been granted yet.

We require:
1  A letter from the applicant requesting that the spouse be added to theapplication. In addition to this, if the spouse is in Australia at thetime we receive the request, then, that person must not have Condition8503 (No Further Stay) imposed on her/his visitor visa. If thatcondition has been imposed on her/his visitor visa, then, the requestwill be invalid and we will not be able to add that person to theexisting parent visa application.

2 The sponsor must complete a new Form 40 in order to reflect the actualnumber of applicants being sponsored. Failure to provide this newcompleted Form 40 will render your request invalid and we will not beable to add that person to the existing parent visa application.

3  The application will be taken to have been made on the day the Ministerreceives the request, and it will be a combined application, and made atthe same place and on the same Form as the application of the originalapplicant.

4 They must also meet the secondary criteria at time of application (i.e.:when they were added to the application) as well as at time of decision.This includes being a member of the family unit, Sponsorship, Health,Character, Assurance of support and any other relevant criteria.

5 The 2nd visa application charge for the added applicant will be based onthe rate applied at the time the secondary applicant is added to thepending visa application.

6  Finally, the electronic queue date calculator does not apply to parentsubclass 143. Once the Case Officer finds that the applicant for parentsubclass 143 meets the prescribed criteria, the visa is granted straightaway. This is why, queue dates for parent subclass 143 are not included inthe electronic calculator.

2010.3.17 交的，昨天收到补材料通知。

哪位英文好的帮我解释一下最后一条：

provide a copy of the household register, with translation and original notarial certificate stating entire family composition.
是要户口本公正吗？我的户口已经不和父母在一起了呀

我家是我和哥哥，递交材料的时候已经交了亲属关系证明了，只是公正处不肯写“只有2个子女”这句话。

但是要求补的材料前面几条都有写我爸爸或者妈妈的名字，比如

provide a completed form-80

1.wang min(born 13021948)
2.li si(born 13021948)

但是最后一条就没有写具体的名字，所以我想知道这个需要补吗？

另外体检表是form 26 & 160吗？通知补材料的邮件没有体检表，只有一些说明，在国内体检要自己带这些表吗

请问补交材料是信件通知还是EMAIL通知？
我妈妈１１年１月交的排队转付费，结果一直没收到过确认信，但已经从信用卡刷了申请费。问了以后，移民局回复，1.21日已经邮寄了确认信，但我们到今天也没收到。

我怕以后他们要求补交材料的信也会弄丢，我总不能隔几天去问一下移民局啊。我可以要求EMAIL通知我们吗？

按说象我们已经排了３年队的，改付费应该２－３个月就会下签证了啊。

我申请的时候也是寄信到中国寄丢了，补材料是用EMAIL，这个没丢。。。

有人帮助填写但是得等着
如果你父母可以使用邮件你不妨把2个表格填写好扫描过去，他们打印自己签字就好了。我就是把表格用Foxit Reader 编辑之后发过去的。

我父母是由体检机构代填的。

奥美嘉人员说没有要求进一步检查，通常就应该没问题。
