当然啦 113里面的value chain没有多讲，介绍的时候侧重点也和大学学的时候有点不一样。
不过我觉得他们把value chain视为类似于cost analysis的分析手段。解读企业成本构成。

I Added two activities. So the my understand about the core activities is: marketing, manufacturing, packaging, districution.

What do you think?

Actually, I have joined in a study group. We will have a meeting this Sunday and put all our analysis about Part A together. If anyone has done Part B analysis, maybe we can swap.

I think should combine Page 10 and Page 3-4 together.
Page 3-4 talks about BW manufacturing process which is similar to NAB .

I want to join in your discussion meeting but I am in Hong Kong.  so other exam mates in Australia, pls. kindly share their view with me in the forum, thank you very much

My status:

1. only talk about the bootled water segments for life cycle analysis, will talk more about the NAB later

2. to classify present/future phase, will consider the past / future tense used in the case but sometimes that thing happened in the present time, is difficult to classify.

3. now jump to the product life cycle.  find difficulty to define what product is in early / emerging.  For example sport / enery drink is growing slowly and contain only very small share market in NAB.  not sure it is growing or emerging.  if it is growing, what items is in emerging or early stage ?

4. about contribution in the value chain,  miss information about delivery or transportation of drinks to retailer / wholesaler

Hello classmate, are u in Aust / HK ? If frm Aust, what's the time in your place?AM OR PM

yes. transportation is one kind of distribution cost.  but not mention truck, van-delvery cost.  just jump to fringe service in convenience store.
