关于Sya的另外一个想法：为什么4月的CR有shortfall，那是因为当时shareholder没有看到什么希望，所以即使0.8c也不买，那为什么现在一下子又oversubscribe了呢？因为机构看到的前景。那么他们会为了0.1-0.2c的利润就抛了吗？别说他们了，就是我们散户在看到前景的时候也不会是多0.1-0.2c就抛的吧，万一翻几倍不会极度后悔吗？所以从以上逻辑来看，非常有可能在bid outcome前趁CR来洗盘一次。个人观点，DYOR！！！
下面的一段话是copy/paste from HC，还是很中肯很fair的，都是些fact。
“In my opinion, the downward trading action/selling does not reflect the true value of today's announcement. The initial Capital Raise attempt for $4.3mill was announced on 27 April as raising $2.57m (~60% subscribed). Bear in mind this was in the peak of COVID and markets tumbling. Today we learn that the shortfall shares were heavily OVER subscribed by $1mill for a total of $2.75mill (more than the original raise). So in net effect (excluding costs) they raised $5.32mill of the $4.3mill originally sought (~123% subscribed). If this isn't a sign of confidence by investors then I don't know what to say!
A few months ago people on HC were questioning ability of SYA to survive financially, to even raise further funds given history. And yet here they are sitting with an improved balance sheet ~5mill Cash on hand (we should find out exact figures in the Qtrly soon). Adding to that, they closed out the Convertible Note facility with Obsidian a week ago. Yes, some further dilution, but have you seen how many exploration companies are doing CRs recently? It's gone bananas particularly since 1st July.
From here, there are 3-4 potential outcomes which are (hopefully for all invested) much closer to realization and game changers from here. And they are fairly close.
1. NAL Bid
2. Authier permitting
3. Gold exploration w' Altura
4. Lithium exploration w' Altura and even Tansim.
I'm surprised with the market reaction today, esp considering Lynch forked out ($50k + $100k) and Crawford $126k over the last 7 days to increase their holdings, prior to what's about to come next.
