十二周挑战以来第一次几乎通宵,第二次喝咖啡,锻炼也是最少的一天。终于考完了,可以轻松点了。
昨晚睡了两个小时,起床的时候浑身酸疼,脑袋还能记点东西,可肌肉却几乎没有得到很好的休息了。下午本想继续完成肩和腿的锻炼的,实在做不下去,就闲逛了两点五公里回家休息睡觉。
要向这次GoodLife挑战中的视频Motivation中教练说的关于Winning Attitude,“getting back to our motivation psychology, all the previous 12 weeks challenge top winners, is something we call winning attitude. Is to start with positivity, everything they engage in, they get the positive posture, even it is hard or requires a lot of efforts. The second one is energizing, they put in a lot of efforts into everything they are doing and they are doing with great energy. They are not trying to drag their feet but they are putting their enthusiasm and effort into all areas. The next one is they are looking at how are they responsible for their results. Are they accoutable to them? Are they making sure not only they are putting in the effort, but they are making sure there is a goal for each week. They motivate that goal and they make sure all the work needs to be done is done. 运动:
走路两点五公里
饮食:
早餐:原味麦片五十克+二百五十毫升低脂牛奶,两个鸡蛋,一百七十克低脂酸奶(七十卡,八克蛋白质),一杯大的Long Black
午餐:腰果鸡片+蔬菜
晚餐:二百五十克清水煮去皮鸡胸肉(四百一十卡,六十克蛋白质)和Cos Lettuce(莴苣)
睡觉前:二十克Blended蛋白粉+二百毫升低脂牛奶 |
