[请教]接到通知,明早电话面试,说只要十分钟

今天早上接到个电话,雇主说明早要跟我来一个电话面试,大约十分钟.我最后问了一句,有什么需要我准备的吗?对方说不用.
请问,十分钟的电话面试会是什么内容啊? :o (注:应征职位:teller;之前已当面面试过,是behavioural interview,约半小时.)
现在忐忑不安中,不知道该准备些什么?赐教,感谢!:)

另外,补充一句,上次面试过后,面试官发过邮件来说,打算offer我,让我填好Probity Application Form给她.星期一交回给她.然后一直无信.直到今早.
没有经验,担心地问句,通常来说,这样面试又面试,是正常程序咧,还是不寻常的预兆??

只是,现在有点没有头绪,十分钟的电话面试一般是问个人情况的,还是问专业知识呢?偶从未干过银行工,要不要今晚恶补一下啊?

我也知道是我太紧张这份工作了,呵呵. 但毕竟是第一份工,总觉得有了第一次,以后就会比较容易和顺利了.Teller也许不是一个起点很高的职位,但我还是会努力做好滴.在二十N岁的时候才在一个陌生的国度重新开始,用第三语言去找工作和开始自己的职业生涯,偶这几个月成长了许多啊(小小地感慨一下, )

我之前看一个贴子,好象说是在电话面试中问专业问题,所以我才在想不知道是不是也该准备一下银行的专业术语或知识.
不过,确实想不出来,十分钟的时间,会问我什么?
如果是背景情况,我上次调查表中已经填得很详细了.所以,如果是核实,我想,她们不会是叫做telephone interview吧,应该叫做confirmation吧,而且很可能今天就直接跟我核实了,不必再那么正式地跟我约一个明天的时间.电话里说是需要一个正式的时间跟我做telephone interview,:o ,听上去很严肃,很正式(很吓人 )...
如果是behavioral questions,上次好象问过了,希望不要再问了...
有没有同学有类似的经历的?会问什么方面的问题?
另外,求证一下,个人感觉对方如此明确地告诉我只要十分钟,是不是看来应该是主要由她们问,我只需简单的回答啊?(所以时间可以有控制??thk god,如果大家也这么认为,就好了,呵呵 )

很大可能性是，首先基本决定要你了，但是还需要再上一层的经理过目一下，当上层经理太忙无法当面面试，所以来个电话的。如果真是象这种面试，应该什么都不需要准备，只要在电话里表现的自信。

这种可能性很大。我以前在国内一公司应聘也这样。大老板在美国出差，小头目先面试。过了两天大老板从美国打电话过来面了10分钟。电话里也不问具体技术细节，就随便聊聊以前的工作 bala bala.最主要是看看沟通能力如何，英语是否能过关。

有了大家们的启发,偶终于可以长舒一口气地无需恶补不熟悉的财经知识了,嘻嘻
现在的担心是,十分钟,这么短这么"宝贵",也许只会问偶一到两个问题,希望千万不要问我太难的问题,免得答不上来...(大吉利是大吉利是...)

估计是昨天早上睡得迷糊,一接到电话没听清对方.今早电面时居然被对方纠正说,我们不是***公司,我们是***公司... 极度尴尬...
太郁闷了...
奉劝各位接电话时一定要听清楚对方的来头...

I interview tellers all day and the main things I ask is how well they understand the bank's or credit union's products and services. If they don't understand the basics of savings ,checkings, loans, etc...it tells me they don't deal much with money even in their own lives. How can they help others with their finances without knowing the main staples of finances. I am not talking about investments or very technical knowledge, but just the very basics. This question also helps me understand whether they can explain things in simple terms. Hope this helps.

I don't think so. I could smell her unpleasent...
I apologized to her sincerely, and I also explained to her honestly that it was because I got an interview chance from another company in the same industry not long ago... I am not sure whether she was satisfied with my explaination or not. Whatever LA...
However, if I am failed with this morning's telephone interview, I believe 90% is because of that stupid mistake I made...

Character quality: Virtue

■  Have you ever suffered for doing what is right? Why were you willing to suffer loss for that?

■  How have you responded in the past when you learned another employee was stealing?

■  What was the first thing you stole as a child? Did you get away with it? What is the last thing you stole? When?

■  Have you ever made restitution for anything?

■  When was the last time you discovered a cashier gave you too much change? How did you respond?

■  What is the last thing of value you found? ... Where? ... What did you do with it? [Does the applicant take advantage of opportunities of the moment or do they have a heart to restore lost items to the owner?]

■  Would your previous employer say you are trustworthy? Why or why not?

■  Describe a few situations when it is ok to tell a white lie.

Wow, thx a lot!  That's really helpful! Opened my eyes...
Now I realise how lucky I am... Both of them did not bring up even a word relating to financial stuffs to me at all...
...Well, maybe because I have finance eduacational background?? No idea...
However, I will definitely prepare those stuffs u mentioned next time (hope I don't need to... at least... now...)

不要小看TELLER，我有个朋友当初就是进的TELLER，由于有ACCESS到内部的招聘信息，很快就加入了另外部门，现在早已经是MANAGER了，这是一条捷径。
