有没有朋友做过 depreciation report?

我的情况如下：
房子是去年7月建好的，但是因为title subdivision的原因11月份才settle.
租户在去年7月份就住进去了，而且是一年的合同，就是说今年7月份才能搬出去。
所以打算找人做一个property depreciation report, 打算今年退税的时候用。

有没有朋友做过这个depreciation report 或者是做这行的？能给推荐推荐？

同问，另外，depreciation report 一般要什么时候做啊？是在一买房就要做，还是报税前才做？

the sooner the better, you need to find someone to do it, it will cost 3-4 hundred dollars

Where to get 3~4 hundred depreciation report? The lowest quoto I received is $495.
