工作内容包含:
* Making and receiving phone calls in relation to sales:
- Cold calling customers and offer a variety of product related solution to clients.
- Utilize inbound call opportunities to generate sales.
- Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Conduct follow up calls on a daily basis to potential customers.
* Track status of sales leads, data entry of account activities with CRM Software.
* Assist sales manager in preparing document templates such as quotation, reports, etc.
* Carry out customer service duties to retain existing customer relationship.
* Work with and support to other functional groups within the company.
* Miscellaneous administration tasks.
* Proactively contribute to ongoing development of departmental processes and policies.
要求:
* Previous experience in a customer services/ sales role, preferably in a retail or call center environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English for listening, verbal and written.
* Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels.
* Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
* Appreciation and an interest in providing exceptional customer service.
* Ability to sell and cross sell.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Power Point.
* Forklift license preferred. * Engineering background preferred.
