我最近看SEEK有银行一个叫customer relationship manager之类的职位，好像很适合楼主？

再说会计，我自己最近投的会计都是60K+的AA和FA，我也没CPA但是快拿到了。（西澳这里AA工作一般都是50K+，在50~70之间）。我每天只投1~3个，量少但是每次都根据他们JD来改简历和coverletter，比我前一阵乱飞简历效果要强。我自己发现如果你吧你的recent或在职工作经验改成和他JD有80%以上的相似度甚至更高，然后有可能再加上几条更高级的工作经验你被shortlist的机会要比乱飞简历强10倍。。其他就看你运气和本事了。。

昨天投了4个，今天上午2个电话，一个MISS掉了打回去没鸟我，还一个安排网测不过估计没啥希望。

你要是想找会计有发展空间的我还是建议你要是有办法去firm做，进去了花了3年吧CPA/CA拿了，把TAX AGENT拿了，再把BAS AGENT也顺便拿了。出来自己干。不想自己干的话，每年7月准备好投简历，随时上班。。。。。。。。虽然都是contractor但是pay真高。。

反正别跳小公司做会计。。。。还不如你现在。要跳要么去firm吧证给拿了。要么去大公司。。

-----------我们公司由于比较大，commercial是不同的部门，用的不同的brand，所以一般不会再内部列出，这是其一，其二有合适的职位也竞争非常的激烈，因为大部分空缺是同时向社会和公司内部放出的，三月时候ctp放出个auditing的职位，同时向社会和内部招聘，直接打电话问hr，进入shortlist的就79人，连个一面都没捞着。并且本人有过不愉快的经验，如果你的位置你干的很好，没有人可以代替你，实际上你internal transfer的机会反而更低，还不如直接到社会上应聘。最近一次是在现公司，在另一个team，当时有我和另一鬼妹申请一内部职位，我老板和我关系好，很讨厌那个鬼妹，他居然推荐那个鬼妹去了，然后对我说，他不能承受失去我的后果，但是那鬼妹能让她死多远就死多远，然后信誓旦旦的保证，等我accounting毕业，帮我转去finance部门，结果我毕业，他违反内部条例被开除了，他的老板当时也在场也这么说帮我，然后现在升职去别的部门了。毕业又换了个team，和老板关系就一般般了。
还一次在银行，当时升职课程都已经给我报好了，去外地培训2周，俺还在做免费旅游的美梦，结果当时的肥婆老板又抓住我长谈一次，我的位置实在是走不开，要我下次去，然后从HSBC招了个德国女人，她直接去读我的升职课程，回来以后，作为我的traniee 我手把手带了三个月，然后成为我的supervisor，气得老子直接跑人了。

------这类职位本人也在考虑，但是其一 这个职位很多要求loan的经验，本人没有 ，其二,楼主辛辛苦苦几年partime读的accounting，不是废了么？又有点不甘心。

-----------这条路其实挺想走的，但是如果进去，肯定只能从低级职位做起，楼主对于职位没太大的要求，但是考虑到养家糊口的问题，现在60k养家，还房贷已经很吃力了，如果降薪那么家都养不起了


综上所述，楼主依然惆怅ing
