For Refinance Applications:

a. submitted between 11 February 2013 and 28 February 2014;
b. settled using the FASTRefi settlement process. To find out if you are eligible for FASTRefi, ask
a UBank Advisor when we phone you to complete your Suitability call or click here for more
information; and
c. settled by 31 March 2014 or within the time period stated in the Loan Offer, whichever
occurs first.

For New Purchase Applications:

a. submitted between 11 February 2014 and 28 February 2014;
b. settled within the time period stated in the Loan Offer; and
c. purchase applications must be, as a minimum, pre-approved within six (6) weeks from the
date of the online application (Your application is pre-approved when you receive a secure
mail from us that states it has been pre-approved).
