家里网速两周前巨慢。下载风行30kb吧。找朋友测是1.37m
理论应该7/8m左右。
tpg人员来了两次，出了以下report
Thank you for choosing TPG as your Internet service provider.
We have concluded our investigation of the fault you have reported.
Based on the testing conducted by our engineering team, your Internet and home phone service is working normally at the Main Distribution Frame inside your building. This point is the end of the TPG telephone network.
We believe the problem you are experiencing is caused by wiring (such as sockets or cables) located within private property which is beyond the TPG network.
We would like to assist however this wiring is contained within private property that is not owned by TPG.
昨天找朋友测了家里四个电话端口速度都一样，都很慢。我们觉得是communication room到我家外面这部分出了问题。
今天和strata manager 研究了下。她说她可以帮我们请人来修，得自己出钱。我也糊涂了。
请问足迹大侠有啥高见嘛
这有技术人员可以修嘛。。。
爸妈下周就来了，好想赶紧修好啊 |
