可以单独为父亲办理移民吗？

请问可以单独为父亲办理移民吗？母亲喜欢跟着我同母异父的姐姐住，父母未离异，由于父亲年纪大了，所以想帮他申请移民。而且有血缘关系的亲属就我一个了。像这种情况能申请移民吗？谢谢大家帮我出出主意。

当然可以。就办你父亲一个就行了。不过不管血缘关系，法律上你爸爸满足一半（以上）子女在澳洲吗？

谢谢，我爸就我一个女儿，肯定一半以上了。其实我只办我爸一个，而不是我爸妈一起申请，是因为我怕我妈妈办不下。她有3女儿，一个是我，还有2个是跟我同母异父的。其中一个是跟前夫的，一个是跟我妈的。这种情况我妈能办下来吗？

法律上你爸爸有几个子女？你妈妈呢？虽然没有血缘关系，但是你姐姐法律上和你爸爸没有父女关系吗（因为你提到你爸爸妈妈仍然是有婚姻关系的，所以我觉得你姐姐是你爸爸的step-daughter）？

Children not included in the balance of family test

•are deceased
•are removed from their parents' legal custody by adoption or court order
•are registered by the UNHCR as refugees and live in a camp operated by UNHCR
•live in a country where they suffer persecution or human rights abuse and cannot be reunited with their parents in another country.
