上个月和国内的联系多了点儿,所以话费超了,我的计划都是信用卡直接付款的,超了直接从卡里扣钱的,结果tpg不高兴了,给我发了个邮件,大家看看。

I am writing to make you aware that you recently have used your mobile phone in excess of your plan's included value by substantially more than the $20 prepayment that we received from you. This has probably occurred due to a long held data session or a long call.
We only find out about the charges for those sorts of calls some time after the call/session has completed. Under our prepaid plans, we will not charge you extra for that long held call/session. As a result, we have incurred costs for those calls that we will not be recovering from you.
As you will appreciate, we could not carry on supplying services if lose money doing so.
We would like to continue to supply you with continuing service. We can do this but only if you increase your prepayment to an amount of $50.00. This would allow us to continue to supply service to you on the same plan but just with a higher prepayment amount.
If you do not wish to increase your prepayment, we regret to give you 30 days notice of termination of your mobile service which will take effect in 30 days (pursuant to clause 2.2 of TPGs Standard Terms).
To continue with your plan, please go to MY ACCOUNT (click Change Prepayment Auto Top Up Amount) and adjust your prepayment by 29/9/2013.
