we are looking for the friendly roommate !
48 tram is front of house towards to city also have a 2 bus towards to city which is 201,207
16 tram and 109 tram also near by home (max 10mins walk )
kew junction, glen ferrie, balwyn, richmond close from house ~ ^^
most of time we are speaking english so you can also have a chance to learn english fast !
everyone is full time worker so house condition is very good and clean
its new house ~ fully furnished room
specially we are looking for the friendly and outgoing roommate ~
