php面试 在Singlmingl

最近瞎投简历，不小心投到了SinglMingl，在darling harbour面试之后，才知道他们招intern， 创办公司的三人都有自己的全职工作， 一个叫Raj的australian born indian，还是一个律师，只有24岁。说他们是兼职搞这个公司， 公司处于创业阶段。跟他们瞎扯一通之后，回家收到email，原文：

I am emailing you to let you know that our founders really enjoyed meeting and interviewing you, they have asked me to ask you and 3 others to read the email below and send us a detailed report by Thursday evening. We are hoping to see a significant improvement in the quality of reports - now that you have been given a longer time-frame.

Congratulations on making the final 5. We interviewed 25 and received 137 Applications.

We will then select the top 3 and send them access to the code-base and based on the next task we will hire 1 or 2 for our paid internship.

我晕倒，一个intern职位，也有137个人申请。给了个assigment，随便做做算了。

这种垃圾网站，明显是心智不成熟的人在瞎搞
hookups还搞的这么复杂，又要注册又要面试，据我所见类似网站没有一个活下来的，况且澳洲已经有一大陀了像rsvp，adultmatchmaker

感觉上不怎么靠谱啊。
我以前也参加过一个所谓的创业公司的面试，也是要PHP，不知道总共有多少人投，但是面试那天光我看到的就有几十个人。
那个所谓的group interview搞得极不正规，面试完给我发信说被shortlisted了，一周内跟我联系，结果过了一个多月才说让去试工，我捉摸着早上起不来就没去，当时想着这算是很负面的表态了吧。结果后来我找到perm的工作后又过了一个多月，他们又给我打电话说想让过去试工，我说已经找到工作了才算完事。
现在想起来，估计他们就是想要不付钱找人做东西，面试过的人简历都留着，前面的不愿意干了他们就联系剩下的...
