今天收到老妈143签证28天补料的信了,但有一点很奇怪

信的开头这样写:

If any of the applicants are outside Australia they must make arrangements to enter Australia as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once all the requirements are met, the final instalment will be requested with an expectation that it be paid within 28 days.  All applicants must be in Australia at the time of the grant decision.   If the applicants are outside Australia at the time when the department requested the 2nd vac payment, they must make arrangements to enter Australia within 28 days.

貌似是要求所有申请人必须尽快进入澳洲.但我记得根据移民局网页,143签证grant的时候人应该是在境外的吧,不知道老妈到底是应该在境内还是境外.

有经验的同学请进来说下,分分伺候.

申请时人是在境内还是境外递的签？

记得年纪大的老人是境内申请，境内下签。
普通老人是境外申请，境外下签

申请时是境外申请的,不是年老的,普通的143.

境外申请的人，是境外下签。

按理说应该在境外的，发个EMAIL问问看

估计是CO搞错了吧，143都是申请人一定要在境外的啊
