• clean--very well maintained
• calm and peacefull
Inspection is welcome....
• Very close to public transportation (seconds to bus stop, 2mins to tram stop, and 8mins to train station)
• Close to Monash Caulfield: 20mins walking OR 5mins by bus
• Close to shopping centre (5 mins walking to Carnegie or Glenhuntly shopping centre & 5mins by bus to Chadstone shopping centre)
• Very well maintained
• Lots of sunlight, separate toilet
