请教163移民孩子作为国际学生的大学入学面试

基本情况：
父母目前还是163的TR身份，孩子在澳洲上了2年学，考了VCE，今年被la trobe大学按照国际学生录取了，但是要通过面试，面试的要求如下：
you will be
contacted by a La Trobe International representative who will conduct a brief interview either by phone
or in person (for students in Melbourne). The interview will include a series of questions and will cover
such areas as:
 Reasons for selecting Australia as a study destination and your course selection and if this
course matches your academic and professional background
 Your understanding of the career outcomes, structure and delivery mode of the course
 Your intention to bring any family members to Australia
 Your visa history and details of any visa refusal
 Your understanding of fees and living costs, maintaining sufficient funds and work rights whilst
studying
 Your understanding of DIACs role in the student visa process

其中最重要的是要确认孩子是不是Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE)，但问题是该家庭将来的计划肯定是要办理PR，然后转公民的啊？这样还算不算GTE了？
