到底要怎么知道自己单位的实际面积是多少呢？

最近突然想知道自己买的UNIT到底多大, 但找了Contract 没注明, Certificate of Title 也没有, 真怪! 请问大家都是怎么晓得房子是多
少sqm?

请问strata plan附在合同里吗？不过我的合同里没有:si93（我买的是unit）。

yes, only unit/apartment/townhouse/villa have strata plan.

ask your solicitor to have the full copy of your contract. (in NSW, you are entitled to get the free copy of contract from your solicitor within 7 yrs after the property settlement)

getting the strata plan, search your lot no. to get the total sqm for your typical unit (normally need to take off the sqm for car space, the rest will be the nett sqm for unit including balconies).

if getting software such as adobe, you even can work out the areas for balcony, common lobby etc.)

Thank you so much pess!  My property is located in Queensland, but I'll try to contact him with this matter. (Hopfully he won't charge me too much!)

你觉得是多少就多少咯，这么小一间破unit，还天天惦记有多大多大的，多几平米少几平米的，能吃饭香一点吗，我家5房的house，大到400 500的，也就是有个大概数而已啊

自己测量。我买房子时候，要想真正证明地有多大，可以找专业公司测量，或自己拿尺测量。房内一样可以自测

I ask my solicitor for the full copy of my contract, and it included strata plan, just like you told me.  But they asked for a $35 fee because the files they put in the offsite storage.  Thanks again for your help Pess!
