政府工面试时候STAR MODEL是举具体例子还是general?

Example:

If a selection criteria asked to 'demonstrate well developed communication skills' the STAR method can be used to structure your response. Below is a basic example:

Situation: My role as an administration assistant at xyz company.
Task: On a day to day basis I would liaise with internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
Action:I would take accurate messages from clients and deliver them promptly to the manager using Microsoft Outlook.
Result:I received good feedback from the clients through my supervisor.


这个是大致上谈，没有具体例子，请问一般面谈的时候，他们是问具体例子还是大致上谈（如上）。

同样是用STAR MODEL，但内容是完全不同的。
