Amend Certificate
There may be occasions where you need to amend the details on a Birth, Death or Marriage Certificate. Changes may include;
Adding information that may not have been known at the time of registration;
Correcting a spelling mistake on the certificate;
Modifying information that was incorrectly supplied; or
to Add Parent's Details to a birth registration.
Where the Registry has made the error, a replacement certificate will be issued in exchange for the old certificate at no charge.
