REVS doesn't tell you if it had accident before. All you can check is if the car has being written off before. Repairable write off means its being involved in accident but can be repaired. If its statory write off, the car can not be re-registed and can not be insured!
If you are buying from car yard, you can ask the sales if the car has being in accident. If you don't ask, they don't have to tell you. If you ask and they don't tell you, you can get your money back and sue them.
If its private, its a matter of honesty. Can't do anything if they lie to you. |
