Notice some bank started to lower their fix rate interest.
Most of the paper said that the interest rate will rise 50 point to 100 point in next 12 months.

As the fixed rate drop to about 7% (St George), shall fix it now, or split it by half : ie. half fixed and half variable.
Any advice welcome.
