Do not resign until you have a written offer, signed and accepted by you.
Whatever position you're applying, the requried start date is never important. Just a formality.
Agent will do whatever to get your money, including making up stories to tell you or to get you resign first and then they may haggle your price because by then they know you're desperate. Agents are all 贱。 never trust them (but always be diplomatic and nice if you can help it).
There's no job in the western world that cannot wait a few days. It does't sound like they have an induction program set to start on 4/1 either (if so they'd have acted sooner). So take your time, get and read the offer, consider, reconsider, then decide.
There's also no need to chase big / well known companies. |
