悉尼大学，护理专业master，第二学期ing~~
这学期某一门课程的实习要求必须在有RN工作的GP诊所完成，时间大概在2011年1月，实习长度为80个工作小时（时间可商量）。本来学校说是会替大家安排地方的，结果临到头，学校说只能提供有限的名额，大部分还是要我们自己去找。所以我就来足迹上发个帖子试试看，有没有哪位同志是GP或者是在GP诊所工作的RN，愿意12月份-明年1月份的时候收我当徒弟的呀？我不但不收工钱，而且会工作很卖力的哦！
关于我：上学期已经完成了120小时的clinical placement，并且在今年11-12月还会再完成160小时clinical(都是在公立医院)，目前课余时间在私立医院打AIN工。自认为经验和能力还是有一些的，去GP诊所实习应该也可以帮的上忙，不会是个小累赘。
我想要找的实习诊所：
可以是澳洲境内任何一家GP clinic，但必须要有RN在其中任职，并且愿意在我80个小时实习期间内做我的supervisor.
实习内容（从学校介绍信上copy来的^_^）：
Think critically about how health care professionals communicate with patients in a
primary health care setting。
Extend own skills in applying appropriate methods of communication when interacting
with patients and their families in community environments
Participate in care planning, coordination and review of the care of children,
adolescents and adults who present to a primary health care setting
Consolidate and transfer prior learning into a primary health care setting. For example,
patient assessment (including BP, P, T, R, urinalysis and BSL), perform simple dressings
and administer medications (oral, eye, ear and ointments)
Critically analyse the importance of inter-professional and multi agency teams caring
for the needs of children, adolescents and adults who present with acute or chronic
health problems to a primary health care setting
Explore the ways in which individual people subjectively experience their illness
Develop an awareness of the mechanisms and structures that enable the seamless
delivery of care between service and agencies
Further develop skills in working collaboratively with others
