I am looking a townhouse in OAK Park (melbourne) . It's walking distance to train station, has 2 bedrooms,2 bathroom and one garage, around 8 yrs old. There are 4 townhouses in the block. This one has one wall shared with neigboure. I am wondering what's reasonable price i should offer.
