我们并不是很满意客服的答复,就回邮件要去他们继续LOOK FURTHUR THIS ISSUE,还提出了如果他们的系统显示我们上网花了184块钱,就请详细告诉我们这184块费用是怎么产生的,比如WHEN 这个上网发生的和HOW LONG 这个链接发生了。我们希望从清单中发现一下蛛丝马迹,因为我发现APPLICATION STORE提示的可更新软件数量在增加,怀疑是不是即使我们不主动用上网功能而IPONE也会自动去搜索网络然后发生费用。当然在发现这笔巨大的额外支出后我们已经把THREE的SIM卡从手机取出而换了联通的卡了。
4天后另外一个阿三又回信了:

xxx(我老公名字), We can offer you a credit of $50.00 against your international roaming usage. This is offered to you as a gesture of goodwill because you are a valued longstanding customer. It is not possible to give you more than that as per your request as even if we credited your account for the usage, we would still be held liable for the charges from the foreign networks.

我们觉得这个OFFER 不是很坏,可是转念一想我们本来也应该一分都不用付的啊,再去MYTHREE 看看,发现NON-CAP CHARGE 居然又从184神奇地变成了153。如果接受了这50块的OFFER,也就意味着我们要多付着103块钱。问题是这些费用到底是怎么发生的,如果真如我们猜测的一样,那以后最好不要带IPHONE 去international roaming,毕竟我所用的29CAP的索爱一分多余钱都没有花啊。
于是我们当天回信如下:

Thanks for your reply. And thanks a lot for recognise me as a valuded customer as a $50 credit is offered.
When you are saying "Our prices are published on our website. We recommend checking them out as part of your preparations to go overseas." Please provide the correct three website link for iphone internet connection charges, I am sorry that I could not locate the mentioned your price policy for iphone internet charges in details. I do not believe that ask custerm to "find out" instead of providing the correct information is kind of good customer services.
Does that mean Three could not answer my query in the previous email about providing "when the internet was connected, how long was the connection last?" ? When you saying international roaming charges are valid, does that mean you are refuse to provide the customer roaming history in details?
I would like to consider your offer after my 2 questions are answered, that is, one, provide three link of the price policy; two, are you going to provide the roaming history in details.
In order for me to take the $50 credit offer in 5 days, I would appreciate if you can reply my email in 2 days. |
