海外出生的孩子入籍

真的是帮朋友问的，南美小国的朋友不上足迹。是这样的，他现在是澳洲国籍，在来澳洲之前在本国有个婚生子（南美国家的结婚证），然后离婚了，孩子跟随母亲一起生活，大概13，14岁吧(出生的时候父亲本人还不是citizen)，现在想来澳洲生活，这样的情况有没有可能办理移民？

可以的呀，但是前提应该得先把监护权变更到父亲这边吧

但问题是，孩子出生的时候他还不是PR/公民，好像不能办理。。。

父亲本人申请PR的时候没有带上配偶和子女？现在应该可以申请子女签证吧

他和他前妻早就离婚了呀，离婚以后来的澳洲，再拿的身份

没关系的呀，我认知的身边朋友，就是离异之后来澳洲，后来孩子他爸国内去世了，她就把孩子接来澳洲，办的身份

？咦，回错了吧

101 visa，完全可以办移民
be a dependent child of a parent who is an Australian citizen, eligible New Zealand citizen or holder of an Australian permanent visa
be under 18 years, a full-time student aged over 18 and under 25 and financially dependent on the parent, or over 18 and unable to work due to a disability
be single and dependent on the parent
be outside Australia when the application is made.
