•        Approx 15 min to Westpoint / Blacktown train station / ACU on public transport, or 28 min walk, or 4 min drive.
•        2 rooms in separate building/granny, and 2 rooms in main house.
•        Sharing with Christian mother and daughter; a working professional and teenage international student.
•        Looking for suitable people with compatible values to share our home and space with.
•        We would love to get to know you and have you join our family, or if you prefer to keep to yourself, that is ok too.
•        $250 - $350 per week, negotiable; wifi and electricity included. Meals can be provided at extra cost.
•        Females preferred.
•        International students welcome.
•        Other help and support (such as help with uni work, printing, admin, transport, shopping, cooking) can be provided as we get to know you.
•        Furnished, but if you want to use some of your own furniture we can try to accommodate.  
•        Available to move in immediately.
•        Assistance with moving is possible.
